Lodgix serves the market of vacation rental managers and owners that desire a great product at a fair price while also delivering top notch customer service. We don't over promise and under deliver!
Short-term rental managers, hosts, and companies with 3-500+ properties who want to simplify their daily operations, save time, and scale business with easy-to-use vacation rental management software.
It’s awesome that we can access it anywhere to make changes on the fly or to check our guest calendar. The reporting is great which makes doing quarterly taxes a breeze.
The reporting basically sucks for my needs. I tried using the reports with some edits but editing also is a limitation.
But they have a lot of valuable features and an awesome support that makes up for all the complexity that the wide feature set brings. They are responsive and helpful.
This negative aspect is now a non-issue because they listened to their customers.
I am a new user to Lodgix and have found the sales staff to be very responsive and knowledgable. The first online training was wonderful and rep. could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
Sometimes there are so many different options (as in triggers) that it's hard to choose just the right formula that will do what I need done.
We own four properties in Breckenridge, Colorado and the ease of booking for my guests has been seamless and the customization has been great.
The user interface is not built with mobile responsiveness in mind, so it's a little hard to check "on the go. However, I have heard a rumor that this will be fixed in a future release.
Customer Support: AirGMS support is flawless, I love that I can reach out to them anytime using the chat box and I always got prompt and great support. Also the video tutorials are the best.
The lack of auto-approval of inquiries (your competitor "Your Porter" app has this feature). Missing function of removing listings (even when I no longer cohost that listing on Airbnb).
The time I save when I manage my airbnb rooms is just amazing. I love the fact that I use 1 app to manage 4 different properties.
I had completely outsourced the management of by vacation rental to a national firm, but the results were horrible.
Customer service has been great and my business partner and I love reading the articles and helpful tips they send out as well.
It has been difficult to get used to different option. Not very intuitive as it could be.
It's easy to use and super intuitive. Overall super happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone hosting on multiple platforms.
The cost is a bit much when considering I am a single owner of a single establishment - makes it difficult to justify jumping to more than 4 units.
Gil P.: Hi, I'm Gil. I'm the owner of a technology consulting firm, and I give Lodgix a five, a solid five. I switched to Lodgix from a program called CondoKeeper. We had actually used it for several years, but I found it very limiting. I found that Lodgix filled in all the gaps that we needed. The reason why I chose Lodgix was because it has a very easy user interface. It's easy to understand, it's very, very user-friendly. You can change photographs on the platform extremely easily. The other feature that was important to us was that owners of individual condos could have their own portal and their own account in here, that was very important for us. The integration of Lodgix was really very easy, primarily because they have such a strong support network. Their chat system is probably one of the finest I've ever seen. They get back to you within minutes when you have a question and they're able to set you up with templates that generally resolve every feature that you need. If you're considering Lodgix, one of the things I would recommend is start with all of the modules. It is a modular program obviously and you can control expenses by deciding which modules to use, but in the beginning, I would try all of them. You can try them without expense, and that will help you decide what you really need to make the program work for you best.
Anna S.: Hi, my name is Anna and I am the owner of Eden Valley Escape, a short-term rental, and I chose iGMS as a product in April of 2022, and I would rate them five stars. So when we started the business in April of 2022, we had no software. We listed our property with Airbnb, Vrbo, booking.com, and the multitude of platforms was a bit overwhelming, so we chose iGMS to be a consolidator of all messages, reviews, and calendars. I chose IGMS because I was looking for a consolidated platform that would help me have one place to check for my calendar, my properties, my pricing, my blocking of the calendars in various platforms, as well as a cost-efficient modality for managing all of the different platforms, as well as a software that would provide me with my own website so that for return customers, they could book directly for Eden Valley Escape. In starting with iGMS, it took less than 48 hours to set it up fully, completely with automation, and I really liked the Flex option for pricing because I am a sole proprietor owner and I wanted one price, one-stop shopping, and the FlexPass provided me that in that it's $20 a month maximum. That was worth its weight in gold as far as time, efficiency, and flexibility. In getting iGMS, I would consider, first of all, following the setup guide and making sure that you automate everything you can, get the API plugins so that you can plug into the various booking platforms and have iGMS be the central control of that. I would also recommend if you have more than one property, go with maybe the Pro version. I went with Flex because it was simple, it was easy, it was inexpensive, and it provided me top level support for what I was looking for as far as the website and pricing. And there's a human being that actually answered the phone, which is rare in these days. So I would recommend iGMS for all the reasons above.
