It’s awesome that we can access it anywhere to make changes on the fly or to check our guest calendar. The reporting is great which makes doing quarterly taxes a breeze.
The reporting basically sucks for my needs. I tried using the reports with some edits but editing also is a limitation.
But they have a lot of valuable features and an awesome support that makes up for all the complexity that the wide feature set brings. They are responsive and helpful.
This negative aspect is now a non-issue because they listened to their customers.
I am a new user to Lodgix and have found the sales staff to be very responsive and knowledgable. The first online training was wonderful and rep. could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
Sometimes there are so many different options (as in triggers) that it's hard to choose just the right formula that will do what I need done.
We own four properties in Breckenridge, Colorado and the ease of booking for my guests has been seamless and the customization has been great.
The user interface is not built with mobile responsiveness in mind, so it's a little hard to check "on the go. However, I have heard a rumor that this will be fixed in a future release.
We use Hostfully for our Guidebooks when customers rent our country house. We love how they work, the ability to have bilingual contents and how they help our property shine.
The house manual section could use more organizing with sub categories. When you get a lot of manuals, things can get lost.
We have the paid version as we have several properties - we love it's ease for guests, the layout is user friendly and for us it is easy to add to and distribute.
I can’t think of anything I dislike about hostfully guidebooks. Perhaps there could be more icons available.

Gil P.: Hi, I'm Gil. I'm the owner of a technology consulting firm, and I give Lodgix a five, a solid five. I switched to Lodgix from a program called CondoKeeper. We had actually used it for several years, but I found it very limiting. I found that Lodgix filled in all the gaps that we needed. The reason why I chose Lodgix was because it has a very easy user interface. It's easy to understand, it's very, very user-friendly. You can change photographs on the platform extremely easily. The other feature that was important to us was that owners of individual condos could have their own portal and their own account in here, that was very important for us. The integration of Lodgix was really very easy, primarily because they have such a strong support network. Their chat system is probably one of the finest I've ever seen. They get back to you within minutes when you have a question and they're able to set you up with templates that generally resolve every feature that you need. If you're considering Lodgix, one of the things I would recommend is start with all of the modules. It is a modular program obviously and you can control expenses by deciding which modules to use, but in the beginning, I would try all of them. You can try them without expense, and that will help you decide what you really need to make the program work for you best.
Ashley: My name is Ashley. I'm one of the co-founders for Travelex Inc. And we are a luxury vacation rental management company. So we run short-term rentals for our clients. And my rating for Hostfully out of five would be a four. Before Hostfully, we weren't actually using any channel manager or program, so we were specifically just on Airbnb, so this was our first experience with something like Hostfully. We chose Hostfully after speaking to a few other hosts who do something that we do, and they were using it and they really liked it. The customer service was really great. They helped us get started because we onboarded with about 30 properties, which is a pretty big task to onboard, and they were very helpful. And they just checked all the boxes and did everything that we needed them to do at that time. The onboarding process, I'd say out of five would be a four. It was really good. Again, the customer service team, amazing. Very responsive. I will say the interface itself isn't as user friendly as it could be, it's just a little more complicated to figure out, but they do have tons of how-to documents that really helped. I would still definitely recommend Hostfully to anyone looking for what they need. I also love that it comes with guidebooks, which we still use to this day, and are really user-friendly and fun to put together. And I love how it connects really well. There's lots of integrations that we use, like PriceLabs, Wheelhouse BreezeWay, RemoteLock, and then obviously all your channels that you use, that it's easy to house in one place. And then on top of that, probably one of my more favorite features is they have an owner's portal, which is really good if you're doing what we are, which is a management company. And you have owners that can go in and look at their revenue.
