The customer care is awesome. We have 175+ properties across several cities and we like to push the boundaries of what's possible with technology so I had a lot of questions.

If everybody will use this product, we will have some problem to get visibility.

Thanks to a very useful Month of free trial, I learned how to use and navigate the various options and for a newcomer like me I really enjoyed the easy and logical organisation of the software.

The only thing missing from this software is accounting rental management.

Ability to customize it for our needs. The biggest winner is the ability to customize our own website as we see fit.

Limited features, this PMS provides rather basic functionality and the features are limited to core functionalities.

A reliable tool characterized for its simplicity, usability and efficiency, supported by a dedicated customer care. A main pillar that helped us to jump from 60 to 150 properties in 2 years.

We are another one of the ex-Kigo companies that got abruptly put out of work due to platform failure last year.

Highly recommended and has made Management and salsa of our vacation rentals easy and effective.

Customer service needs to be available Saturday’s and Sundays - there are no weekends during the season.

Customer sees Holidu as the renter on the platform and sees thousand of rental units and very good reviews so is more trusting and more confident to book. Holidu customer service.

You don't provide clients email and is hard to contact guest if there is not email.

Service support is great. The website is easy to access and update information.

Efficient, simple to use, gets bookings regularly great backup information.
