Organizations of all sizes that are using or adopting internal or public web applications (e.g. cloud applications, SaaS, etc.).
JumpCloud® serves organizations from small to medium enterprises to large scale multi-national corporations. JumpCloud also works closely with educational institutions, non-profits, and gov agencies.
Its ease of use and effective accessibility management make it one of the best identity management platforms. It has the ability to sync users from directories like G suite and Workday.
The only thing I don't like, and this may be a company problem instead of a system problem, but it is annoying to have to login on each individual web browser.
Overall, OneLogin is a solid choice for organizations looking for a reliable and secure solution for managing access to applications and services.
This can be frustrating, especially if it happens more than once and for no clear reason.
OneLogin is a great product and is very easy to use. It makes generating good passwords easy and it is also easy to copy and share passwords when needed.
I am contstantly logging into our carrier sites and it is very inconvenient to have to go back multiple times a day to log back in.
The simplicity of implementing the solution. OneLogin is a fantastic solution that reduces the time spent on manual tasks by IT, with great benefit for end users and for the IT security.
Originally I had no idea what it was for, just told the how to log in and did not know the purpose, but once I realized why I was using it then it made more sense.
We were looking for a tool to help us enforce 2FA on some servers. JumpCloud was a solution that was easy to use, easy to manage, and perfectly fit our needs.
I realize I was stuck in 2010, resulting in an unhealthy relationship with Microsoft Active Directory.
We are using JumpCloud as central directory, for SSO, for device and user management and partially MDM functionality. We love the support service, their incredibly enthusiastic and helpful staff.
The small businesses that I work with have from 3 to 10 PCs, but usually no server. JumpCloud provides the missing centralized user account control.
It has been awesome to know I can track staff, device but not use active directory. It's only took a few days to learn the software and the documentation has been awesome.
It is a little difficult to onboard new office staff and familiarize them with the software.
A great way for me as an IT professional to help smaller businesses get onto a stable platform for properly managing their users and devices, with room to expand as their companies grow.
MDM is currently limited in functionality, and the System Insights still require command-line input to gather detailed information.
Andrew: My name's Andrew, I'm a program manager, and I would give OneLogin a five out of five rating. For more reviews like this, click below. My company uses OneLogin to manage all of our passwords across different platforms and different software services that we use. What I like best about OneLogin is that I rarely have to think about it, and I rarely have to remember any passwords. I just log in with my one OneLogin password, and that pretty much takes care of me for the rest of the day. The only thing I would change about OneLogin is the ability to separate your work and personal passwords, because if you leave a job and you have all your personal stuff on your computer like I do, it can be painful to transfer all of that to your new account.
Layton: Hi, I'm Layton. I'm a help desk associate, and I would give JumpCloud five stars. Click below for more ratings. On a day-to-day basis, I use JumpCloud to manage our active directory system through Linux, Windows, and Mac environments. One of the biggest features I like about JumpCloud is how you can seamlessly manage your Google workspace admin portal while also taking control of Windows, Mac, and Linux devices all in one application. One thing I do wish JumpCloud had was a more seamless integration with Apple Business Manager. I do wish that we were able to integrate our company iPads and iPhones within the JumpCloud software.
