Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.
Instead of resorting to emails fir such clients (which is soooo ineffective and frustrating where project management is concerned), you can get such clients up and running quickly with ActiveCollab.
Moreover, I really admire it because it has rich planning features and also high configuration abilities that automatically streamline my projects into a useful way.
Out of the box it is missing things that I would have expected to be present.
Its really easy to use, it has awesome features to create time and ticket reports, if you want to keep track of your time and tickets it is a perfect tool.
We ended up transferring from ActiveCollab to Teamwork fairly quickly because it caused some business problems for us.
I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great.
Simple UI, even a stupid person may understand after simple guidance.
Easy to use, quick + effective to track my multi-client projects over a day. Customer services have been super helpful as well when I had an issue with the program.
I have no excuse for not accurately tracking my hours.
I have had a great experience with this product, it has performed faultlessly and any of my technical questions have been answered promptly by customer support. I highly recommend giving it a go.
I'm missing the option to update my hours on the mobile app without recording a time, just enter the total hours, the same as on the web site.
I have had a great experience with My Hours and I have integrated it with other software platforms that I use to seamlessly automate my project management.
I have to remember to start and stop time as I switch between tasks.
I have been very happy since purchasing this product and the amount I've saved in ensuring proper billing has more than covered the cost of purchasing My Hours.
I was a little hesitant at first because the country this software originated from may be a country with higher cybercrime activity.
Ricardo: Hi, my name's Ricardo. I'm CEO. I give ActiveCollab a five star rating. For more ratings like this click the link below. Before ActiveCollab I was using Trello, which was doing the job all right. But after using Collab for a short time, I realized that it is was more beneficial for our company to use. I chose ActiveCollab because of the ease of use for the communication between our team. Everyone understood how to use it perfectly clearly. That's why we decided to stay with ActiveCollab. When we first started using ActiveCollab we were up and running within a few hours. We had all our projects posted, all of our tasks posted, and the team was already logged in and everyone had their account created. Before we knew it, we were sending messages to each other, adding notes and comments. We've been moving forward since then. My recommendation for any company or someone that's out there looking for a collaboration software such as ActiveCollab is to go ahead and go for it. You're not going to regret it. You're going to have a good time with your team on there. Easy communication, fast tasks, fast comments, email notifications. I highly recommend it.
Kate: My name is Kate. I'm a non-profit administrator. I give My Hours a four out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. Before I started using My Hours, I was not tracking time for myself, but needed to add that to my day to day routine. That's when I found My Hours and implemented it into my work life. I chose to use My Hours both because it was a free tool that I could customize a little bit for my workflow, and also because a colleague had recommended it and really liked the features that were available. So that's why I chose to use My Hours for my daily time tracking. Getting started with My Hours was super easy. It's really easy to set up a profile and create different projects so you can track time to different projects that you're working on. If you are considering getting My Hours, I totally recommend it. It's a really easy tool to use. It would be easy to implement with a team. And for personal time tracking, it's just the easiest thing that I've added into my day.
