It was fun and mostly easy to use for my first time with it and I got a really good output with it for a UI flow I had to design for my college project.
Some being for example that its impossible to have multiple sitemaps in a project, or being able to copy and paste user flows while maintaining connections (the connection are lost on paste).
From the banner itself, it feels like it will have good graphics and will be fun to use. The option to add small graphics to lines or elements makes it so much more appealing and communicable.
It's missing a "matrix' view where the lower level pages are represented vertically rather than horizontally. Although files can be attached to map pages, they don't show up in the PDF output.
Seriously - great for websites and marketing agencies. This is the best user interface, content planning, and sitemap software for web design agencies, marketing companies and the like.
No possibility to export just part of the user flow. Slowing down of user flows when there are a lot of items.
It's easy to use, love the robust functions, just the best option to do flow maps.
There are some usability quirks that makes the whole experience come up shy of a full score.
However a quick demo to run or utilize the program to its core would be great. Also, a quick and accessible tutorials on how to effectively use credits for usability testing would be great.
Sometimes build in instructions are confusing in Norwegian. Would prefer to edit them or remove at all.
Good features, easy to use, and walks you through the entire process. Easy to recruit users and seamlessly integrates with other platforms like Teams.
Used to be worry of it not having video interviews, but that has just been added.
Overall, it's been a good tool to help with unmoderated testing and can help get people who aren't involved in the process more excited.
In the Demographics settings (customising panel recruiting), I wish there was an option of 'all BUT X' so I don't have to select/include several of a demographic's categories just so one is excluded.
I think all the tools in the UsabilityHib are fantastic and we are big fans of at POP. The quality of the feedback is great as we as the overall speed of getting a survey set up.
In the surveys there is no back button so respondents cannot edit their previous answers.
