The ease of use of the software is one of its best qualities. Someone that does not know a thing about property management software can just jump right in and get started.
The only thing negative I've come across with RentPost, is that it does not have a marketing section yet.
Rentpost is the best value I have found after search for weeks. There great customer service and easy to use features have really changed the efficiency of my company.
The customer service is undesirable in that it’s easy to get them on the phone when signing up but not when you have a issue. The delayed payment could be a reason for us to move on.
They have a robust accounting system and great quick reporting system to help keep track of how your business is running.
Like any software that provides that much options and stuff, setting it up can be a little scary.
Overall very effective management software, good customization options. Ability to automate many functions like tenant communication, rate management etc.
Trying to correct a mistake with a credit card can be a night mare you have to call to correct an error.
The Customer Service is amazing, I have had more then my fair share of questions and they are always quick to answer and work on issues I may be experiencing.
My biggest issue is the reporting bugs. We’ve been struggling with them since we switched and it’s a huge bummer.
I like how easy it is to use, I also really like the fact that they record and store any phone calls that were made. It's nice to have a history of that to go back to when needed.
Their TASK bar is non-functional and useless. They do not have a function for "prorated move-ins.
Storedge is a VERY user friendly program. It offers great reporting and we love the automated features that it has for sending notices, etc.
Starting in 2018 their Help Desk began to decline and could only tell us "we are working to correct the problem" with no time table to fix issues.
