Eventbrite has all the tools you need to create, manage, and promote events of all kinds and sizes for event promoters, concerts, festivals, community events, conferences, workshops, and more.
Evite can be used by event planners, hosts, businesses, and guests. It is suitable for personal and professional events.
I love the ease of using the product to create events at our church. I love how we can add registration to our events and obtain a registration list of those who are attending one of our conferences.
Unfortunately it was one of the most frustrating and agonizing attempts that one could ever imagine.
I love how easy it makes not only for me to plan on how many people will attend my event but it’s also very easy for those to rsvp. It helps me stay organized and plan accordingly and to budget.
My biggest complaint is they changed the software without notifying me therefore I was not able to sell my products for over a week. I found out by accident.
A+ platform to use, super user-friendly with ease of access. What we liked most about Eventbrite is the reminders to attendees and constant communication.
There was a data breach this year that required me to change all my passwords. Obviously, that's a risk you take with any app, but it's unfortunate nonetheless.
Eventbrite is at the top of of my list of event management software, because it's a fun and easy to use interface.
The lack of customer service accessibility. No email, no phone number no chat window.
Evite brings enough joy to birthdays and events while also painting a professional feel. The free templates are a lot of fun and our kids love seeing who RSVP's along the way.
I find it hard to point out a negative experience with this software.
The search option for finding events here is easy and once you have a link it redirects you to the event with all the details like the venue, price and seater view which is awesome.
The downside would be is not everyone is on-line and it might be too late before your invited guest see your post.
The best features of Evite are the ease of sending your invite to your contact list and the ability for guest to rsvp online and having a guest list within the app.
The email does not show the invitation but contains a branded link, which is some time breaks and shows https error on mobile.
The ability to reach those close to you and get a valid response quickly is nice for planning sake. I would say the ease of use makes it great too.
And the software sometimes makes confusing time adjustments based on time zone.
Jose: My name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for Top Industrial. It's an industrial distributor company for industrial parts, such as conveyor, all that type of stuff, and I would rate Eventbrite five out of five. Besides Eventbrite, I think anything [inaudible 00:00:18] would be like StubHub, Ticketmaster, but it's not really comparable because that doesn't really let you search in the same way Eventbrite does. For some reason why I choose Eventbrite is because it makes it easier to plan out my weekends and dates because you can... Basically, anything that you're into, you can refine the results by it. If you want to see a concert, you can just put concerts. If you want to do something like comedy shows, you can look up comedy shows, and then it shows all the ones in your area, and then you can even expand the area. So, it just makes it really easy to plan ahead. I think it's really easy to get started. I mean, all you do is go to the website and then it's right there. You can just click on whatever type of event you're looking for, and then that's it. For anybody using Eventbrite, I would recommend making an account because it makes it easier to track all your events, and then it sends you notifications. Sometimes it sends you stuff based on what you've already bought. If they know that you've done a lot of comedy shows before, they'll make sure to update you on any comedy shows that are coming up in your area. That's cool.
Vanessa: Hi, I'm Vanessa, intuitive counselor, and coach. I would rate Evite a five out of five. And for more reviews, click below. So how I found Evite was trying to plan an event and not wanting to send out paper invitations and having to deal with the manual part of that. So a friend suggested I use Evite, and from then on it's been Evite because it's so much easier to do this online and track things electronically. So I chose Evite and I chose to stay with Evite because of the ease of using it, not just for me, but for the people who are invited to the events. You don't always have to sign up and do all of these kinds of things that maybe you do with other sites. So you just log in, you say what you're doing, how many people are coming, what you're bringing, and it's easy-peasy, we're done. Evite is so easy to use. I mean, it walks you through everything that you could ever need, and it gives you extra options that you don't even know that you need until you're sitting there trying to plan your event. So the ease of using this Evite software is just phenomenal and super easy. So for anybody who's considering using Evite, just do it. It's free. There's no risk involved. You can make any kind of event so much easier on yourself, it doesn't matter if it's 50 people, a hundred people, or 10 people. Just try it and you'll see.
