Camp & Class Manager vs Activity Messenger: Which is a better fit?

I have been with active for over 12 years, I love their customer service, their software, and their dedication to bringing healthy lifestyles to people all over. It's a wonderful company.

I have a hard time when reconciling the finances at the end, but that could be user error as well.

Customer service department and the sales team were super helpful in our transition. We appreciate all their hard work to ensure we were satisfied.

It doesn't pull the right information at times. Not sure if it is user error or not.

We have been happy with the software's performance and the cost for the use of the software is worth the functionality.

First time I've ever had to file a complaint with the Dept. of Consumer Affairs,​ but felt it necessary after my situation.

The support from Active employees as well as the user friendly software. The initial walk thru and set up with a capable instructor from Active was key to our success.

Sometimes cannot adapt to special needs. Registration says sold out when there are still open spots.

I feel "listened to"- nice to know they are there to help. Integration with components of business we are using it for was seamless.

At this point, I do not have anything to say about negative aspects of the software.

Olivier and his team are wonderful to work with, very helpful, very kind and very flexible.

Some labels/feature names are confusing to understand at first glance.

We also love working with the AM team. They are extremely helpful and receptive to new ideas and happy to implement new things that will benefit their clients.

We only had a PDF version before which was very difficult for families.

The team at Activity Messenger has been absolutely outstanding and on top of everything. Using Activity messenger for our online classes as simplied the process so much.

It's a weird (in my opinion) two-step process but, it does work.
