Owner Insite vs Viewpoint Vista: Which is a better fit?

Finally the team at Owner InSite respects the industry is changing and continues to evolve with it and its clients. Customer support has been enthusiastic and responsive.

If key stakeholders aren’t communicating and continue to rely on their own proprietary software where the information is locked away, the team is not on the same page and problems arise.

Owner Insite was used throughout the project and was a great success. It is easy to use and the staff is always available to help.

At times Owner InSite can be difficult to use with lack of consistency in how certain items are used by Contractors.

There are so many great things about Owner InSite, but the best is that it is ready to go - as is. You don't have to spend months or years customizing it to do the very basic things.

After passing on Owner InSite the first time and selecting another product, we came back around again to Owner InSite and regretted choosing another product first.

Works very well for our use in managing design/construction projects.and the support is outstanding.

Allow tons of 3rd party vendors to create great supplemental products. Great customization so it can be set up to what is important to your company.

When I make a mistake putting in Accounts payable and use the wrong batch month, it is a little unforgiving to get the mistake corrected. As I learn it is getting easier.

Overall after implementation and 6 months its been wonderful and I would highly recommend it to any Construction Company.

The integration was very poorly done, and we are still experiencing problems related to poor set-up over a year later even though we paid thousands and thousands of dollars for Viewpoint specialists.

Great product, great company, highly recommend. We have been on the product over a year and continue to be pleased.

Change Orders in the Project Management module are difficult and frustrate users. This problem alone has lead us to start exploring other options for our PMs.
