What I like most about Hotel Effectiveness is the ease of use; user friendly, reporting and scheduling capabilities are very useful and efficient.
When idle or not in use for some time, it does not log you out or give you a warning. If you continue at that point, it does not save anything and you need to re-log back in.
The platform is simple to navigate, user friendly, the help feature is great and their is a library of tutorials available to assist with questions and provide ongoing resource.
Lot's of other managers at the resort are either forget how to do this (since it is not frequently done by all department heads), or never learned in the first place.

The reports and hotel effectiveness can break down by position, pay rates, any number of factors. It's the reporting and hotel effectiveness that I find most effective. One thing I would like to change about hotel effectiveness is its ability to interface with large third party payroll systems, such as ADP and things like that. That would be very helpful in keeping labor costs down.
