Marcom Portal vs Kontainer: Which is a better fit?

Thanks to the entire MarcomCentral team to provide a great support and great customer care. MarcomCentral is a great solution for marketing departments of all sizes.

Our system was improperly implemented by Marcom and we are struggling everyday because of it.

There is a lot of flexibility in how the software can be customized for a users needs, and the ability to share assets with access restrictions is a true benefit for our organization.

It is not an intuitive system and the training is both costly and time consuming (if one opts to fly out to California.).

I like the ability to have a company branded portal that is visually appealing and user friendly for our internal customers.

Latency on system, at present, using Internet Explorer - a commonly used browser. Lack of training on process; consistency with processes by vendor.

There are so many possibilities that we are just beginning to explore. There are some integration hiccups but mostly on our end, and Marcom has worked to help us through those as best as they can.

Integrations don't align with current vendor systems so they become worthless to us.

The platform has an exclusive look to it, yet it maintains it ease of use and the very intuitive interface. All in one platform for managing digital assets with lots of good features.

The integration with Indesign is not working very well.

Kontainer is an great tool for optimizing work processes, economical savings and for ensuring the best support for dealers and partners.

But I don't feel there are any struggles for me using the image bank - sometimes there's a hiccup because our amount of content is extreme.

Fast integration and great support doing process. The software solved our frustrations about sharing assets and content to more people, still ensuring a level of authorisation for users.

I think the overview is a little confusing. Cannot always easily find what I am looking for.

In addition to a user-friendly software and great tech support, the look and feel of the platform is very welcoming and creates a great experience for all our clients.
