ProClass vs TourneyEngine: Which is a better fit?

The technical support from ProClass is outstanding. The trainers are also very polite and supportive -- best technical support I've received in years.

Another difficulty that we had to discover for ourselves had to do with different accounts using the same email address - "Forgot password" does not work properly.

I am still discovering features and as I can I add them to my knowledge base. I truly appreciate their kind and encouraging customer service team that help me with any questions I have.

Far too many of our students complain about not knowing their password and we can no longer provide that to them.

ProClass has been a huge asset for us. Overall it is a great system, and the support is really outstanding, so we can always count on having answers to our questions.

Refused to refund my money. Absolute scam - literally any other company will give you a free 30-day trial...Proclass doesn't offer this, obviously because no one would sign up afterward.

It has been a great asset to help us manage the array of classes that we offer, and has an array of customization opportunities and features that we didn’t have previously.

Our request to give us control of this parameter has fallen on deaf ears, even though this would not be hard to implement.

It has some great features and capabilities and really does just about anything you need it to. Kind of a great one stop shop so to speak.

It’s missing some features that I would’ve thought would be part of their package. Also, if you’re not familiar with tournaments, there are probably too many features here that may confuse you.

Ease of use, recommended scenarios, and great user interface.

Warning when you have coaches playing back to back games at different gyms with different teams.

I like the ease of following both the event and my team during the tournament.

Too hard to find tournamants and search. And if you have multiple tournaments going on same day too hard to move between the two.

It was a very comprehensive solution for my needs. I will continue using it for my tournaments.

It’s hard to keep track if you have coaches at the same gym with there same different teams they coach. If we could get a warning or something like that.
