ProClass vs NetForum Enterprise: Which is a better fit?

The technical support from ProClass is outstanding. The trainers are also very polite and supportive -- best technical support I've received in years.

Another difficulty that we had to discover for ourselves had to do with different accounts using the same email address - "Forgot password" does not work properly.

I am still discovering features and as I can I add them to my knowledge base. I truly appreciate their kind and encouraging customer service team that help me with any questions I have.

It's hard to tell if communication between Support and Development is lacking but some of our requests seem to get lost or mistranslated at times.

ProClass has been a huge asset for us. Overall it is a great system, and the support is really outstanding, so we can always count on having answers to our questions.

Far too many of our students complain about not knowing their password and we can no longer provide that to them.

It has been a great asset to help us manage the array of classes that we offer, and has an array of customization opportunities and features that we didn’t have previously.

Refused to refund my money. Absolute scam - literally any other company will give you a free 30-day trial...Proclass doesn't offer this, obviously because no one would sign up afterward.

The database model is superior to others that I have seen, making it easy to expand and customize. The UI model is under continuous improvement.

Where the problem lies is with the vendor that built the module. They are horrendous, they lack any comprehensive test methodology or business analysis.

Overall, I like NetForum for what it accomplishes for us. It's got all of our member information, works well with SSO and integrates with our other programs pretty smoothly.

Reports are hard to pull---there is no report to simply show who has paid and who has not paid. Events can be a challenge to set-up if need detailed information.

Netforum was good for small, uncomplicated events and small memberships. It was easy to use and integrated well with our website.

Information on product at times is difficult to understand.

It is relatively easy to use, has inbuilt AR functionality, Exhibit, Awards and Advertising management functionality.

Community Brands needs to manage their VARs better and hold them to a higher standard. The current vendor for the Credentialing module is terrible.
