Rehab therapy practices - physical, pediatric, occupational, speech language pathology, ABA, & chiropractic. Across outpatient ambulatory therapy, assisted living, home health, & teletherapy settings.
Multi-disciplinary therapy practices that offer SLP, OT, PT or ABA services and are looking for one system to run their practice with the ability to capture both quantitative and qualitative data.
My overall experience with Practice Pro is good. I have used other EHR systems and this is by far the best in regards to customization, ease of use on the therapist, and efficiency.
When they first did this, I had headache issues. Now, it's just a distraction.
I really like the ease of scheduling patients and how everything is one or two clicks away. I also like Physiotec; the program is very helpful with great pictures and instructions.
Try to avoid having the same feature in several different areas. That can actually become more confusing.
The fact that I can make it everything I want it to be is wonderful. Customer service is usually extremely supportive and I feel like they take into account my opinions as a therapist.
There is way too much room for error; providers are able to unlock notes after locking them to change the documentation. Instead of unlocking and re-locking, they should have to do an amended note.
We love the support team at PT Practice Pro. The software is intuitive, user friendly, and provides fantastic reporting.
It becomes awkward to communicate back and forth utilizing followups only.
It is terrific for providing data for audits. It is terrific for giving one source for staff to get client information whether they are providing services in clinic or in the community.
Sometimes, especially the data collection portion is a little difficult to use, especially when I am adding targets.
Total ABA is easy to use and navigate. Great and useful features and the reporting aspects are detailed and a HUGE time saver.
I would pay to have either one of those back at this point.
We are currently happy with the product and are hopeful to continue to work with their team to get future updates that will more closely align with our wants and needs.
I do not use their Data Collection features mainly because they do not have an App with offline capabilities yet.
The task feature has been a huge success as well as the visuals and graphing. I would also like to shout out the partnership and customer service that our company has received.
I was stuck creating a report where in some cases I had to remove unnecessary parts or add parts. The length of the resulting reports was not parent friendly.
