I have been pleased overall. Easy to use, the reports/ tax filings packages are great and I have had terrific interaction with support who are always willing to help.
Frustrating to have a long delay - "bank days" from entering payroll to pay date/direct deposit. Since all electronic transactions, makes no sense that weekends are excluded in that timeframe.

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
I hear that there are edge cases for our HR setup at the company that GoCo has trouble handling, but they aren't major.
This is a pretty good product, super user friendly and you don't need too much support usually. The team was good about setting it up with relatively few hiccups.

GoCo has been a great addition to our HR department. It does a nice job of holding employee information, payroll, benefits, employee handbook and notes can be entered, as well.
Did I change vacation because--someone made a mistake or because we gave someone a vacation day for performance reasons.
Overall the system has allowed us to improve our timekeeping and streamline the payroll process. It's also provided a flexible way to maintain accountability records and record praises or improvement.

Balwant S: This is Balwant. I am an administrator for a real estate company. I'm helping them with the payroll. I selected Payroll based on my search and I give them five out of five. We were using actually an actual payroll service instead of using the software. It was too expensive. I basically did a search on internet and based on the description, based on the services, based on the cost, I add my own, thought the Patriot Payroll was the best. Starting with the Payroll was very easy and most of the stuff I was able to do at my own. Wherever I needed help, they had an excellent customer support. I will suggest anybody who would like to use a payroll service, especially small companies, use the Patriot Payroll.
