PracticeSuite vs ReLiMed: Which is a better fit?

Another important feature that I admire about the product is the amazing support who are always available to assist you with any problems.

They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).

Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.

This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.

PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.

The software itself has some snags, especially if you ever make a mistake. For example, if you put in an amount applied to deductible by mistake, you can't delete or change that.

This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.

We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.

Customer service has been superb compared to some of the other higher cost options. ReLiMed has been extremely responsive to my clients' needs.

However, once we signed on - they disappeared. On numerous occasions we had questions, or ran into problems, and tried to contact them.

We would 100% recommend ReLiMed Solutions to any practice that is looking for a system that is robust, user-friendly, and flexible with great customer support.

No more time is wasted on pulling charts and sorting through countless printed information to find what I need.

I have been very pleased with the flexibility of the system, and the development team’s willingness to set up/alter charting templates to best fit my workflow.

A white background can be a bit harsh on the eyes after a long day.

Reli Med solutions has a great staff that is very helpful and courteous. They take your thoughts and ideas and they make them functional within their system.

It is hard to be critical of the product or the vendor.
