Another important feature that I admire about the product is the amazing support who are always available to assist you with any problems.
They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).
Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.
This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
The software itself has some snags, especially if you ever make a mistake. For example, if you put in an amount applied to deductible by mistake, you can't delete or change that.
This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.
We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.
We use cleargage at our medical practice and the ability to seamlessly send invoices and take payment without having to open three other windows has been wonderful.
Never got a follow up about what ClearGage all provides. Talking about merchant services and how much I am getting charged for taking card payments.
Setting up automatic payments has been super helpful, allowing patients to set up payment plans has been a huge plus.
I've not found an easy report to determine my loss percentage. In other words if you give them for example 10 patients which owe a $1000 each you know that they can't possibly collect $10,000.
Excellent software to enhance billing protocols.
The system constantly suspends accounts and there is no way to change this.
It allows patients to concentrate more in their care and less on how they are going to afford it.
Patients can pay any balance if needed by texted/emailed links.
