This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
The software itself has some snags, especially if you ever make a mistake. For example, if you put in an amount applied to deductible by mistake, you can't delete or change that.
This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.
We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.

You have the ability to limit the search. The ease of making changes is great.
Patients still seem to have problems with inputting their medications. They can't always find the med they are looking for.
We also like the ability to customize the format and the alerts. The customer service is really good, as well.
Patients think it is lengthy and some complain about it being difficult to use.
I like the ease of use of the product. Easy to find patients, good tools to work with.
None that I can think of at this time. I have no negative reviews.
