Editions dedicated to contractor, manufacturing and wholesale, nonprofit, retail, and more.
I like the intuitiveness and that customer support is readily available. It's also kind of fun to have different themes for the background.
There is no way to save the user specified current column band settings in case they are lost accidentally by a misplaced keystroke or mouse move.
Salespad has been very helpful and supportive from Sales to support. They go above an beyond to make sure you are happy and they product does what you need it to do.
Run into problems with configurations, memory performance, and taxes.
It builds on the strong Dynamics GP platform and gives the user an interface that is easy to navigate, rich in additional features and at a price point that makes it affordable for all.
We really miss having everything in one system. Now we're back to using OMS with two separate systems and it's not as simple to use.
I am overall happy with salespad. It streamlined our business process to make things in the office/warehouse more user friendly and easy to use.
But since it draws this analysis solely from the sales history, components for finished products end up with no analysis regarding usage.
There are a ton of add ons and apps that the software supports. From what I have seen of other budgeting software this one has the best use interface and is the most comprehensive.
Constant charges to maintain all of the products features. Most charges are unclear and come as a surprise charge on your credit card.
And the best of all is you are actually learning more when using the QuickBooks software it's the best.
Nothing really major is wrong but just a slight problem with the customer service, had a problem deleting my previous account and was told that they cannot delete it.
Financial reporting to me and my team is easy and comfortable by Quickbooks Desktop software. Payment processing is good with easy steps and with clear calculation.
Difficult to explore through the various bundles. Was charged 20$ and needed to experience a cycle where they input .01 into my record - which was redundant.
QuickBooks is an excellent accounting solution for small businesses because it is simple to use and provides excellent support. It has excellent technical support, documentation, and online help.
Software itself its terrible to use. When paying a contractor I have the option to select which account to pay them out of.
Ross: My name is Ross. And I'm Senior Vice President, and we give SalesPad a five, and for more reviews like this, click below. We were using various products before SalesPad. That was one of the challenges that our board had given us was to find a single source order system that we could implement company-wide, as we have operations throughout the U.S. as well as international. And so prior to implementing SalesPad, we were using six different order entry ERP systems. And by going to SalesPad, we consolidated those six into one. We chose SalesPad because first, they were a Dynamic GP preferred partner, and we did not want to change accounting systems. We were using as our accounting back end the GP Dynamics. And because of their partnership, it was already integrated and set, basically on top of GP. So when we were looking at other options, SalesPad went to the top of that category because of their relationship and its seamless connectivity with GP. That was one of the biggest reasons. What really sold us because we looked at other systems much more complex and larger, but we wanted, as a smaller public company, we wanted a company that was dynamic like us that could be nimble, could look at customizations we needed, and SalesPad met all of those objectives for us. And so that's why we chose SalesPad at the end. SalesPad, easy to use was pretty simple, right? So between the SalesPad integration team and our own integration team, we programmed the software to meet our individual company needs. And then we had our own internal trainers learn the product as we were going through that process so that we were able to train our own employees through webinars and some on site. Overall because of the easy interface, SalesPad was like using any other windows type programs. So it was very easy for our users to adapt and learn the product when we introduced it. Which made for a quicker and a cheaper rollout of other products we were considering. SalesPad, I would highly recommend if you're looking at a ERP system to replace your order entry, your inventory, your distribution, they're a dynamic company, as I've stated before. They work with companies of all sizes from small to large firms, but it's their ability to understand the customer's needs and separate, let's say wants from needs to integrate the product over a period of time as they did with us with different modules, and so I can't recommend SalesPad enough, and I think anybody looking at a new order entry or total ERP system should definitely consider a SalesPad.
Speaker 1: Hi, this is Prateek. I am head of the marketing for customjewelry.com. We are a startup and a small team of 15 people distributed remotely. I give QuickBooks Online Enterprise five out of five. Before QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise version, we were using very DIY products, from spreadsheets to a payroll like ADP to pay our contractors. To keep expenses, we would use our credit card tool from Brex. But everything was very scattered since all of the team members are remote, and also global. The reason we chose QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is because of the ease of use. And just with a quick integration, we were able to all get on board on a single, so where I can log in in real-time and see which contractor has filed their expenses, run payroll, keep track of expenses and everything, all in one place. Oh, getting started with QuickBooks Enterprise was very easy. Actually, more easy than I thought it would be. With all the integrations with the banks, the existing softwares, the tools that we were already using for business, they were very seamless, and we did not have to get any outside help. We were able to do it ourselves in less than a day. I would recommend QuickBooks Enterprise if you are looking for a accounting software or bookkeeping software for your company. Number one, for the ease of use. Number two, for the seamless integrations. Number three is for having a very clear overview of your business all in the same page that is very easy to use.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
