VT Docs vs ClientPoint: Which is a better fit?

I love the "new" dashboard as you have click only to do what you need/want to do. Everything about VT is wonderful, time-saving, and FUN.

In the same way that Excel does not do an accountant's job for them - it changes the nature of their work. They no longer worry about arithmetic, but they do have to worry about formulas, etc.

The system is speedy, and technical support is fantastic. The software produces nice excel outputs that are easy to manipulate, and I like that the user may upload as many files and folders necessary.

I get a little lost in all of the available features, but that's more of my own problem in not taking time to better understand the tools available.

My overall experience has been outstanding, and I have been able to deliver quality documents to a variety of clients in less time, saving them money.

It has a bit of a learning curve, and the analysis results can be a little confusing sometimes.

Using VT docs helps our processes run smoother and quicker. I've enjoyed the support from the Customer Success team most of all; they help ensure we're getting the most from the tool.

Except the fact that it is a cloud based solution which can led to problems especially in public tenders I have no other cons at the moment.

Being able to send the proposal online, then track who, when and how long each person reviews the proposal if outstanding. The analytics is unmatched and extremely helpful.

I hope no one else in my industry buys this so I can use it to kick there ass.

This product is awesome - the 4 star rating in the "ease of use" isn't the software's problem its the operator (me). THANKS for a quality software and training.

You gotta be crazy if you're not using this for your business.

It gives several options for walking through each step to better help you navigate. It also helps track the amount of revenue from each client before or after they accept your proposal.

I am giving the benefit of the doubt, but my proposals look bad. The pagination and graphics get thrown out of alignment and I can't seem to override or correct in local edit.

From the support team to management, everyone on the team is passionate about the product and ensuring that each customer is happy with the tool.

The software is a bit difficult to maneuver and clunky.
