MPulse vs Quantum MX: Which is a better fit?

The vendor is easy to get a hold of and is friendly and helpful. The product is easy to use and allows a simple and effective way of entering facilities requests placed by our customers.

Then it was no longer be supported so we moved up to the 7.0 and hate it.

MPulse is the software that we chose to help get our house in order and it has proven to be a very good decision. This software offers the best balance of features vs price.

There are still some things that happen with the software that we don't understand. That may be ignorance on our part.

Because of their help, the MPulse software has successfully remained at DISH and we continue to find new ways to use it to benefit our business.

It is sometimes too slow for the impatient staff members.

From the top down they have gone out of their way when any issues have risen. From Steve and Randy to Todd and Gary, they've been awesome.

Cons - somewhat confusing because there are so many features/options but we don't use the software to the full extent, expensive since we don't use all the features.

Their customer service has been outstanding and has worked with us to customize our interface to fit our exact needs. We highly recommend Quantum MX.

Some of the integration is difficult, more of an issue with Quickbooks. Some of the features are not shop friendly and the team is working to fix those problems.

The few times that I have contacted them, they have been knowledgeable and quick to assist. All in all, great software operated and maintained by great people.

There is some limited applicability in using the purchase orders function for parts being sent out for repair rather than being purchased.

Best of all, customer service has been outstanding. Our questions are answered the same day, and solutions to our issues have come rapidly.

The integration between QMX and Quickbooks has been a challenge but the instant support from rep and the team has kept the frustration level to a minimum.

It has been showing some changes, some I have liked and others I have not needed. I appreciate the proactive approach from the software developers and the enhancements that continually come.

Hasn't solved any problems yet because it has been so hard for us to learn. It's hard to understand the flow.
