Ease of Use and excellent functionality the computer dashboard new one is really great video quality is good and tracking function is really fantastic.
Once an email template was created by my virtual assistant, I struggles to move content, or drag/drop without making the formatting of the email get "wonky" and messed up.
The ease of use is wonderful. I can access it from my CRM, Gmail, or on my iPhone with ease.
The editing features are limited and some of the video guides are old so some things aren’t the same when viewing the current version.

The drawback to BombBomb is that it's video, and people worry about what they look like on camera.

Customizing the emails in which you include videos can be a bit of a difficult task. Basically, the software provides templates for your usage that you can drop your personalized videos into.
What I like the most about this tool is that it helps me focus on visual attractions for my prospects and instead of just typing what I want to get across I can just show them.
I do not recommand at all. Sorry for syntaxes error if i did some, I am a french speaker.
Its a great tool that has really been useful in my role and Ive enjoyed using it. I would like further explore the platform.

Great tool to have in your video creating arsenal, I have been using it a couple years now and its very easy to use and my customers love the videos.
My one gripe is that the videos seem to take a bit longer to load and play compare to other tools I've used and sometimes the chrome ext. Crashes which can be annoying.
The analytics VidYard captures is simply addictive (in a great way), providing great information about who, when, and their experience with the videos. Competitive price and fast customer service.
Bad expenrience they just dont care about the costumer.

What I like most about BombBomb is probably that it's easy to use. It's pretty user friendly. In today's world with the people that I deal with, I have a very wide variety of age range of people. So I'm always looking for something that's going to be user friendly for different people and types of age range. One thing that I would possibly change about BombBomb would sometimes be the video quality. There were times that I didn't think that maybe it was the clearest or the highest quality. So I think that's something that they could possibly improve on.

We actually used Loom for quite some time. The limitations on the number of videos that we could record and the ease of sharing and editing was very limiting. Vidyard was referred to us by a friend, by a fellow agency owner. We tried it out a couple of times and fell in love with it. The onboarding and integrating of Vidyard was very simple. It was just installing the extension on Chrome, and from there it was just smooth sailing. The only recommendation is definitely do it. I think it's a great tool for a few different reasons. We can use it for outbound marketing. A lot of what we do is use it for internal explainer videos.
