Ease of Use and excellent functionality the computer dashboard new one is really great video quality is good and tracking function is really fantastic.
Once an email template was created by my virtual assistant, I struggles to move content, or drag/drop without making the formatting of the email get "wonky" and messed up.
The ease of use is wonderful. I can access it from my CRM, Gmail, or on my iPhone with ease.
The editing features are limited and some of the video guides are old so some things aren’t the same when viewing the current version.

Customizing the emails in which you include videos can be a bit of a difficult task. Basically, the software provides templates for your usage that you can drop your personalized videos into.
Super easy to install, get up and running and productive. If you need an email tracking system for Office365 this is a great solution.
Does not work, messes with outlook, needs constant restarting. Stores no data, been in contact with support for a month and no fix has been made.
I love the ability to create different templates for various types of communications. The ability to customize and include branding for a uniform and official look is great.

First off, I love how simple this is to use. Then it's great with how useful this is. I use it constantly after sending proposals to prospects.
When I emailed them to say I was irritated by this and that they should send reminders/invoices I received a response saying they had cancelled my subscription and refunded me in full.
Overall simplicity is great and when I do a large emailing, I like that it generates a % of how many were opened and I can track who actually looked at my email.
Only complaint I have is how it tracks opens when sending a single email to multiple contacts.

I feel that I have a better overall review when they are actually able to see me through the video messaging versus just a text message or a phone call. What I like most about BombBomb is probably that it's easy to use. It's pretty user friendly. In today's world with the people that I deal with, I have a very wide variety of age range of people. So I'm always looking for something that's going to be user friendly for different people and types of age range. One thing that I would possibly change about BombBomb would sometimes be the video quality. There were times that I didn't think that maybe it was the clearest or the highest quality. So I think that's something that they could possibly improve on.
