365villas vs RueBaRue : Which is a better fit?

It is much easier to use than all of the others, and the integrated accounting is perfect for my needs. The website platform is awesome especially for someone like me who is far from being a geek.

Sometimes the website stalls for quite a while when the internet connection is unstable.

After a deeper dive into several others and 365Villas it was obvious to us that 365 was the best platform on the market and a great fit to help us manage and grow our business.

I would like once again to thanks Dave for his professionalism, guidance and product support and i am definitely recommend this simple, powerful and innovative software and website.

If any problems occur, such as with the multi currency calculation, the software has always been reprogrammed by the 365 Villas team very quickly.

They have been exceptional. Product Quality is very good and getting better as feedback from users like me helps improve the product.

I have a little trouble understanding the rates at times, but I'm getting there.

Fantastic customer service to help with setup and any issues along the way. They just jump right on the phone to help you.

The communication part is sort of confusing - when more than one of us are getting the texts we can't always tell the other person answered them already.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding. If we need assistance they are quick to help and as accommodating as they can be.

The only negative was my fault for not getting my information in to populate the guides and information. Once I finished on my end we were up and running in no time.

Guests love RueBaRue and I think it helps us stand out as the luxury boutique company that we are. Thank you RueBaRue ~ you've made us a better company.

The email scheduler is a little rudimentary, only allowing for text and no design or photos.

I like that the platform can be customized to match my company marketing, colors, logo , etc. The ability to create custom guides for each location is great and showing the distances is awesome.

One of the biggest problems solved was the lack of communication with our guests throughout their stay.
