Overall it's been a great experience, very reasonable priced, and definitely an improvement from what we had before.
Sometimes the connection isn't working and the program is useless at that point.

I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
The system is great and customer service has been wonderful. I haven't needed customer service but I responded to a message from them and they got right on whatever it was I needed at the time.
It's enclosed to Apple environment, meaning there's no option to use an Android device.
