I found this system very easy to learn and to implement. The learning process was very easy and the people that teach you are great, with great disposition and patience to teach you.
Pasting the texts from the word and formatting is a real pain. The coders have to do everything for heading, indent, paragraph spacing etc. and you have to pay for each customization.
From the start the system has been just about everything we needed, but the ability, willingness and flexibility from Lemax to customize it even more for our specific company has been amazing.
The software did not have the feature of creating of rooming chart and had to pay to build one but that also has limitation.

Before using Travelperk, we were using local agencies to book our flight tickets and our hotels. The process was really manual and we have a couple of people always handling the tickets for all the employees in the company. It was not scalable. We choose Travelperk, once, because it has a good reputation in Spain, it has a good asset of hotels and flight tickets, and also because it's very easy to set down the policies for travel and setting certain limits for the employees. Also, it helps to have a self-service process, so it makes the process more scalable. Setting up Travelperk was quite easy. We got in touch with the teams who help us identify the things that we needed to set up at first. For example, the invoicing, the rules for the travel, and differing workflows with the platform. It was very easy to set up the tool. My advice for anyone who wants to get Travelperk is write first your travel policy. Write it in a paper, have a clear policy procedures for hotel cost, maximum for flight tickets. And once you have this done, just go ahead, create an account with Travelperk, and start setting up the same type of policies with the tool. It's going to be quick.
