Overall we had a good experience with Eventzilla in managing our special event. Tickets were emailed to purchasers, reminders automatically sent for outstanding purchases.
My account has been suspended. Granted, they fixed it but they ignored my multiple emails asking why my account was suspended in the first place.
Ease of managing registration and I love that it's free. We are a non-profit so it's so appreciated that you keep the basic free.
Customer service is poor. They ignore your emails and requests.
They put ease in the planning as they connect you to your attendees. Their software was is easy to use, visually appealing, and helps to make your event shine.
Some customization features are missing, and sometimes some features don't always link properly.
Pretty much intuitive, although I did contact customer support and they were really great and super responsive.

It is inexpensive and simple to use, especially if you create your own badges. The on-site badge printing was outstanding, and the support for this product is excellent.
The inability to customize reminder emails to guests to include the address and other details was a big bummer.

To start, the Expo Pass team was fantastic. Super helpful, quick to respond, and understood our concerns with implementing a brand new registration system.
This plays havoc on the ability to know actual registration numbers verse mistakes.

Also the payment awipes duid not perform well, which caused a lot of people to switch iPad and reenter all their info.
Lorena: Hi, my name is Lorena. I'm an event coordinator for a small to medium-sized business, and I give Eventzilla a five star. I use Eventzilla as our preferred event ticket management system for our attendees to register for the tickets, transfer, be able to view the agenda, and even have access to passkey link to book our rooms for our attendees. What I like most about Eventzilla is how it's user-friendly. It's easy for anyone at your position even if you're not an event coordinator, you might be in HR, you might be the owner yourself of the business, of the event that you're having. It's very user-friendly. It's pretty much like setting up a social media profile. You're able to see the categories you need and customize it just the way you like. I think the only thing that I would improve about Eventzilla is I feel like it is a newer startup type of a company. So you're probably only going to talk to the same one or two people. So there may be a little bit of lag when it comes to customer service, but they always get back to you. But you can definitely tell they are managed by just a handful of people. So hope is they grow, they can expand their customer service. That way we can give better service to our attendees as well.
