ProofHub vs Approval Studio: Which is a better fit?

I have been using ProofHub for over a year and I must say that it is an excellent program for managing projects and teams. It is easy to use, and the interface is clean and visually appealing.

People just don't realize the POWER of a project management tool until they use one. Then, it's obvious, sad and embarrassing to think about how much time you wasted before using one.

And yes, the customer support team has been excellent in promptly resolving our queries and addressing any issues.

We were struggling with intra-team collaboration and poor, mistimed communication before we started using ProofHub.

With all this said, I love ProofHub for its multilingual interface and fantastic customer support team.

After a few months, the team became uncomfortable using ProofHub.

The great customer support of ProofHub makes it all the more amazing. Custom roles help us maintain privacy by managing access.

There is no product that can compete at this price point.

Being able to share and manage versions with clients during the design phase is excellent and helps from many emails or even phone calls to talk about designs—an easy approval process for clients.

Comments are all in one place, so no searching for emails about a project over a date range. Same for the client, they can see what questions they asked and the answer.

We tried multiple project management/project approval software before but it was either expensive or didn't match our requirements. We finally found Approval Studio and are very happy so far.

Limited third-party integrations so certain features or capabilities may lack with some users.

I found a small inconvenience - when there are too many annotations, all comments in the right panel shifted somewhere beyond the screen. Though with the latest release it has been fixed.

As for the features, the eyedropper is extremely useful, and compare modes are of great use as well. Also, a spellchecker helps us notice ads' mistakes and quickly resolve them.

Lack of a custom domain was an issue when I bought this product, however now I see they have updated and now include a custom domain option for users.
