WebHR vs CEIPAL ATS: Which is a better fit?

This solution has been like a saviour for our company in maintianing records and to get rid of all the manual systems. Its the best application with an awesome support team.

If you have any special requirements or if you need any tailoring, it gets nearly impossible to get this done. Customer Service is quite bad and difficult to contact and deal with.

Speed and confidentiality give you an effective connection. And I thank all the staff for developing this wonderful work and wish you more development and success.

The interface is extremely poor. With poorly arranged navigation structure.

I feel like they listen to my feedback and as a result I have seen positive changes to their web based solution. Highly recommend to any manager that is directly responsible for human resources.

Lags in speed performance. It doesn't have automated system to send automated e mails to employees for any job openings within.

Amendments can be done to existing files so no need to create extra files or documents.

Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.

Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.

The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.

I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.
