Event planners who need a beautiful event website.
Single and Multi-Unit Restaurants, Catering On/Off Premises, Hotels, Wineries, Breweries, Unique/Special Venues, Bars/Nightclubs, Private Events, Stadiums, Corporate Events, Enterprise, Bowling Alley
Best of all, the free trial access and ability to preview my page before I invested gave me the confidence I needed to commit to this software. And cost is amazing for me at only $4/month.
I've had many a project lose hours of work because I forgot to save before my computer lost power, or I simply forgot.
I loved how easy it was to set up the website. There were really great templates to choose from, so the foundation was already beautiful.
I hate that if you don't constantly save you end up losing work...it should auto save as you complete your work.
Eventcreate is super easy to set up, displays only the class they want and is very user friendly for those enrolling in classes.
Not enough control over placement. For example too much space between blocks.
Not only that you get to create an amazing website, rsvp control and 100 invites free. Im in love with this site and will be using it for all my future events.
Someone approached me about doing an online event, and I didn't even know where to start. I have little to no knowledge in building a website, so I googled it.
The ability to send contracts and have clients easily e-sign, and place deposits through Tripleseat payments has been so helpful. Reports are wonderful and easy to use as well.
It was a little confusing, entering my events was frustrating and time consuming.
Great add ons and updates. Awesome customer service and ability to customize your experience.
Sometimes the issues with their servers slowing down can be bothersome, especially during the working hours.
What I like most about tripleseat is how userfriendly it is. My team and I have just switched over to this product and are very satisfied.
With different rates for liquor, retail, etc, it can be confusing.
Their customer service is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable and beyond thorough.
The ONE feature I have found to be missing is being able to auto populate a task list for an event.
Isaiah: Hello everybody, I'm Isaiah. I have a health and wellness focused business called A New Breath. We provide wellness experiences, breath-focused events, anything in regards to wellbeing, wellness, health, so on and so forth. I would give EventCreate 5 out of 5 stars. Blew my mind, made my event so easy, made it so efficient for people to register for the event, to find the event, and to leave any questions, comments, or concerns. As well as have all of the people's registrations and context. So my experience before was mostly with Eventbrite and my experience was 50/50. Some things I liked, some things I didn't. EventCreate, made it very simple, very straight to the point. I like the features that it gives you to add your own website. So now, you can send that website for other people to register for the link. You can have multiple events, just a lot of free rein and a lot of simplicity in EventCreate. So I chose EventCreate because of just the overall flow, the overall simplicity, but also the ability to create from it. So having the freedom to create a website, or an event registration the way that I want it to look, made it very easy to decide. All the different features from being able to have photos, to have a video, to be able to register people and also answer dietary restrictions made it so helpful and so easy. Basically, I chose the best option out there, and EventCreate is something I highly recommend. EventCreate was super easy, super simple, very self-explanatory. I started with I think a free trial, so being able to see and understand it. But once that trial expired, it was a no-brainer to continue to use EventCreate moving forward, even after this first event. So hosting my first event made this so easy, I'm going to highly recommend it to all people. EventCreate, did everything that I needed it to and more, and I know how to create with it, I know how to use it. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10. If you want the creativity and the freedom to display your own way of hosting an event or getting people to sign up, whether free registration, whether paid registration EventCreate's very easy. It's very easy, it's very straightforward. I love the ability to create my flow on it. So you can change the way things lay out. You can change the way things look, the text, the style, the imagery, the video. You can add all types of features. You can have the map. You can have all this information in one specific website or one specific event create that it's up to you. So being able to have the freedom in your own hands made it a no-brainer. It's so easy to send that link out and then send the flyer with somebody and say, "Register for my link." It's so easy for it to clearly articulate what you're asking for, what you want people to do, whether that's to sign up, whether that's to become interested, whether that's to send it to a friend. By having EventCreate, it made my event so easy, so smooth, and all of the features that come with EventCreate.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Mai and I am the managing director at BG Catering Concepts in Boston, Massachusetts. My company is small. We're a boutique firm. We employ about 20 people full-time, and on the scale of one to five, I give Tripleseat a resounding five. Prior to Tripleseat, we were using a platform called Caterease, and ultimately in about 2021, we came to a crossroads and felt that Caterease was holding us back. The platform was a bit antiquated, and as we were scaling up, we found that it was limiting. So in our search for a new platform, Tripleseat was presented to us and it quickly became the unanimous winner. We onboarded immediately and had been using the platform for two years with great success. The reason we selected Tripleseat out of a variety of platforms to use was the host of services it provides in one platform. We're able to create our BEOs, our invoices, our contracts, and send those to our clients in one link, making it incredibly user-friendly for our clients, which is of the utmost importance. We want all of our interactions with our clients to be incredibly seamless, and the first touch is that proposal process, the contract, the agreement, the invoice, and we're able to do all of that in one platform. That is one of the biggest assets that I find Tripleseat provides, and we receive great glowing praise from clients on how user-friendly the platform is. And for some of us creatives who aren't the most tech-savvy, this platform covers us and allows us to do what we do best in the creative space and simultaneously create a seamless experience for our clients. Admittedly, I am a creative in the creative space, and so I am not the most tech-savvy, so I was a little trepidatious about switching to a new platform. Fortunately, Tripleseat accounts for that, and we were assigned an account manager who onboarded us, and I am delighted and pleased to announce that I found the onboarding incredibly easy and that speaks volumes because again, I am not the most tech-savvy on the planet and I am now a power user. I think that Tripleseat has become second nature. It's become secondhand to me. It allows me to simultaneously work on many projects at once. So the transition, which oftentimes is very daunting when you're switching platforms, this was the most seamless transition I've had in my entire career. If you are considering Tripleseat, I think one of the most beneficial features you can utilize immediately, even in the selecting process is interfacing with one of their account reps. Their customer service is bar none the best I've experienced. It's incredibly hands-on. It's not a chatbot, it's not an anonymous service. You're linked to an account manager who will hop on the phone, hop on a Zoom with you, share his or her screen, and help you immediately navigate any problems. So I think that's an underutilized feature that you can really take advantage of. It's not an additional cost, it's not an additional add-on feature. It comes with the platform and it comes even while you're making that decision. So I would highly encourage anyone considering the transition to Tripleseat to immediately engage and interact with their account manager because they will be the ones that will help you determine whether this is the best platform for your company. That was a big reason why we ended up selecting the platform. Our account manager, our account rep was incredibly helpful and we have stayed with her throughout our experience with Tripleseat and she will continue to be our account rep. So she knows the nuances, she knows the idiosyncrasies of our company and is able to seamlessly navigate and troubleshoot as we go.
