Provides great real-time tracking. Lots of great integrations and alerting options make it easy to stay on top of your systems.
It's pricy, there is no doubt about it. And it is difficult to adopt it for this reason.
It's a great, user friendly, and full of features analytics software. It's very easy to set up and gives you accessible yet rich information about how your app works.
The only drawback to this, is that it requires a very experienced team of developers to properly diagnose and understand what's going wrong with a piece of software.
It's clean and simple to setup and gives a great dashboard which helps get a quick overview of the performance of our SaaS application.
The designers and developers are clearly bad or mediocre.
I love that it gives you a nice overall analysis of what's happening with your application.
Its a very promising product, but the recent issues and the frequency of those issues have ruined the overall experience.
Great for use on your desktop or server as a replacement to notepad or as a basic code editor. I love the compare plug-in that helps you detect differences between two files.
The most disadvantage of Notepad++ is that it is NOT multiplatform. There is no Linux version of Notepad.
The features are great too - they are comprehensive, and the help guides are very helpful. Overall, I think this software is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solution.
The only thing that we miss is the integration of notepad++ with T24 i.e. there is no option to compile code in notepad.
Notepad++ is a great stepping stone to allow you to progress into the wonderful world of syntax highlighted coding. It's feature rich, and free to boot.
It is difficult for newbies who make mistakes often as there are not many external aids when writing code. Its name precisely comes from the similarity it has with the native Windows notebook.
I never heard of this product so I downloaded it to a day ago and can share that look and feel of this product is fine, I am a fan of the dark mode look and feel so the designs are legit nice.
The interface is not convincing, the code that is written often is not very visible and very confusing at first sight.
Brian B.: Hi, my name is Brian. I'm here reviewing Notepad++. I'm a Solutions Architect for a company. We are a seven-person VAR, and I give Notepad++ a five out of five. Let's see, I tried just the built-in Notepad into Windows, but when I do dev programming work, special characters show up in that application that you can't really easily get rid of. So I switched over to Notepad++ so I could actually get a flat text editor and see what's actually going on with all the characters. I chose Notepad++ because it's free, it does everything I wanted to do, and it had even more features I didn't realize that I've learned over the years that have come in very handy. Very easy. You just install it, and it works just like the built-in Notepad and the Windows, except you can do a lot more with it. You can enable a document list and have multiple things open and multiple tabs open, and it's just a way better version of the built-in Windows Notepad. I would definitely recommend enabling the document list. It helps a lot to just visually seeing what's going on, and you can sort things around. Also, there's a really handy... I think if you hold Alt, there's ways to vertically select things, and there's a lot of features in there. Just check it out. It's been very useful over my career.
