EHR YOUR WAY vs Yung Sidekick: Which is a better fit?

In the morning when our office opens we are unable to directly speak to someone if we are having a problem and need it solved immediately. DME--have contacted at least 3 times cannot print DME.

The customer service is top notch, very responsive, courteous, and resolve your issues in a timely manner.

Yung Sidekick is amazing and I recommend it to anyone that dislikes writing notes, like I do. It's a time an life safer.

The only disadvantage is the fact that every dictation is automatically charged as 15mins even if the dictation was less time.

I love how easy it is to use. It has helped me write thoughtful, clinically sounding notes and has greatly reduced my time writing notes and doing documentation.

The only downside for me is the pricing and point system, which can be a bit confusing and limiting at times.

It has been worth the investment as it has salvaged so much time and supported me in staying compliant with documentation requirements.

The billing was confusing at first with 15 minute blocks of time.

I have loved my experience. They have been easy to use and I have used them almost daily.

Inability to see treatment plan and record at the same time, but the recent update repaired that issue.
