Gradelink vs Sawyer: Which is a better fit?

I would say Gradelink solves a lot of problems as far as keeping up with the daily grades. Before, it was a grade book. Now, it automatically keeps track of all of that. Most importantly, I think it helps out with communication, is the biggest thing, is I can have direct communication with all of the parents of my students, even with the students themselves, because I have their email, I have their phone number, all the pertinent information that I need to be able to communicate with them to make sure that they're keeping tabs where they're at, we're all on the same page. That's definitely the biggest problem solver of Gradelink. The thing I like most about Gradelink would be, it takes a lot of time off of my hands that I don't have to worry with. I can take just a little bit of time at the beginning of the school year to set up and establish my grading preferences and my lesson plans, and throughout the school year, it saves me a lot of time later on, so I'm not constantly going back and having to put that in myself, because it's already laid out for me. If there was one thing I would change, it might be, sometimes with the assignments, from time to time, I feel that the computer tries to put in something different than what I'm trying to put in. It just takes an extra second to make sure I'm clicking the right thing myself. But that's the only minor thing.

Carl G.: My name is Carl. I'm the owner and managing operator of Wisconsin Academy of Sports, a sports training facility in northeast Wisconsin. Well, I'm not tech savvy, and I can tell you what, I'm really happy to have Sawyer, because I was able to get my web-based program. I'm doing everything technology wise, and working with Sawyer, it has become much easier building programs, building classes. I have a few that I have to do today. It's much easier to do, much friendlier to do. And if I need any support, all I have to do is reach out and I get it, and I'm very thankful for that. If you are looking for a program that's going to help make everything easier for you when it comes to registration in building online information for potential clients or even your existing clients, I would say with all the ones that I've experienced over the last 20 years, Sawyer has been the one to come through for me. And if you're looking for support, they are the number one at that. Because I get online, we get right to the topic base, and we get things done, and I walk away much more knowledgeable about what I need to do and I'm excited about it. So if I have all the control in my hands, I will be with Sawyer for a while.
