This is great as if my client only gives me limited loan information I can figure out the rest. Easy to use, love the ability to easily calculate current portion and use the client's year end.

If you make a date order mistake can be a pain to get pack on track. Options of when year end date is a bit hidden.
TValue takes a very common task and simplified it. Every accountant in my office needs to calculate amortization schedules and it is great to know TVqalue is there to help.
It's really difficult to find a shortcoming with TValue. As an amortization calculator, it does exactly as advertised.
The GUI is elegant, simple and very user friendly. It is considered essential software in my office.
Ease of use is great my clients love having the feature to send documents over the app.
My only complaint is that we are not quite where we need to be. I am specifically speaking about the e-signing piece.
We are still in the implementation and testing phase but we have had a wonderful experience thus far. The mobile app will allow our customers to access loan status and submit documents with ease.
Reporting capabilities need to be more flexible. A bit sluggish when it comes to doing custom integrations.
The ability to work from anywhere I have internet connections. I receive high compliments on the built in scanner and the ability to add documents without printing and delivering these items to me.
When texting the link to our customers, the wording goes through several minutes before the link and causes confusion to the customer.
Straightforward platform with needed capabilities and great customer success reps.

I had used SimpleNexus as an app for when I refinanced my house. So everything I needed for my refinance, uploading documents, filling out forms, communicating with our agent, all of that was done through that app. What I liked most about SimpleNexus was that it was really a one stop shop. Versus other times that we had refinanced our home in the past, everything was in this one app. I could take pictures of documents, pay stubs of other forms that were required, uploaded them to the app, and then the app, let me know what step I was in the process of the loan. So it really kept me apprised of everything that I needed to do, what was required of me, and it made it easy for me to fill all those obligations. Sincerely, for were the time that I used that app through the entire refinance process, there wasn't really anything that I disliked about the app. I was really pleasantly surprised. It was the easiest process of doing a refinance and submitting documents that I'd ever had. So I really have no complaints about the app.
