I have been using CircuiTree for over a year now and I am really happy with the system. The interface is easy to use, the features are great and it's easy to customize.
All tech advice or support has to process through a ticket. Reports are regularly screwed up.
They were great to help set up and run. I don’t currently use them as I have switched camps but recommend to everyone.
Don't like it at all, but stuck with it due to payment processing regulations by our University. No other software ties into the payment processing we need.
I've explored a lot of camp management software options but this is my favorite so far. I would highly recommend CircuiTree to any camps looking for a reliable, easy-to-use camp management software.
Changes are made to layouts without notice. Reports and queries are awful to trim up and use.
Circuitree is good for distributing information between many people.
Parents cannot receive family bill summaries (all by individual child). Horrible software for a day camp.
Kirsten, our account manager, is very helpful and friendly. I love that storage is now electronic and that I can pull reports instead of staff having to pull them manually.
Customer support was very much a disappointment this year compared to last.
We loved the ability to generate reports with specific information quickly. Nolan, our account manager, is always helpful and friendly too.
We also have a handful of parents who struggle with uploads; my guess is they're using old browsers.
Customer support representative is a true joy to work with and was always prompt and helpful with any question I had. The level of support was very high and made the transition very easy for TIP.
No more hours of shuffling papers trying to find the information we need.
Well, once again I was thrilled with CampDoc this summer. I appreciated the familiar and the new improvements, as well as the customer service and quick response from you.
No specifics cons, and always provide feedback. CampDoc seems to listen to our feedback.
Carl: Hi, my name is Carl and I'm a camp director in the outdoor recreation arena, and I give CampDoc five out of five. So probably one of the biggest decisions that we made as a team at our camp was what software would we use for registration, because we were an inception camp. We looked at two other options apart from CampDoc, one being Fusion. Fusion was just too sophisticated and complicated for our needs. And we looked at CampBrain, but to be honest, we hadn't heard that much about CampBrain and we'd heard more positive stories about CampDoc. The reason we chose CampDoc was simple. CampDoc puts an emphasis on health in a world of liability, and there's a lot of liability when you're working with youth. Some of the other reasons we chose it was, it was very functional, it's very easy to use. We'd met the CEO, Michael Ambrose, at an American Camp Association conference, and he was very personable and he told us very much about what we could use the registration software for. And that was an added benefit for us. So for us, there was very much an ease of onboarding when it came to the software. We were given an account manager, and she was wonderful. As with any software, you're always learning new things and how things work, but our account manager made that so easy for us. It was putting on a glass slipper almost. And then we're a camp that likes to create lists, lists about everything, lists from what the kids eat and the nutrition to what are their health needs. So integrating CampDoc into what we needed and what we did was so easy and I highly recommended it. So looking at recommendations for people and organizations looking to use CampDoc, I would say, essentially, ask yourself this question. What do you need the software for? How will it incorporate into your camp? If the software is for health primarily, then great, use CampDoc. If you're looking to build lists, use CampDoc. However, if you're looking for things outside of this, which other software might offer and CampDoc doesn't, then I'd really think as a team, what do you need it for?
