Jenesis is best for Independent Insurance Agencies that focus on personal & commercial lines.
Property and casualty insurers
And the rest of the team. I love that they want to hear from their customers as to what we would like to see and actually have some of those ideas implemented in the system.
I don't like that they don't have 24/7 support. The support system is only avaiable during regular business hours, which is hard within our agency when we have had minor problems with freezing up.
I love the platform, and Gia my trainer was awesome, very helpful and fun, we had a good time. You guys gave a great set up.
Eddie, we have been out of the office for several days. Sorry for the late response.
When working at its best I think it is great. The best feature is the group quoting feature.
Communication between agents regarding customers. Aware of cancels and renewals.
So far we have had a great experience - we're very happy to have switched providers.
Some of the algorithms can be annoying but I know it's due to our administrator requested it.
Best gadget or a manager for a insurance company to manage all the data and process them automatically. It helps to fulfill all reqirements of insurance companies according to market demand.
You think it’s in one place, but it’s really in another. And then when you think you’ve figured it out, you are lost all over again.
Cost-effective and good customer support services. I would recommend this product.
The problem comes with bugs, the IDE provide a really bad experience for debugging making really hard to solve things.
It provides a perfect customer-focused solution without any customization and in a state of the art system.
I don't know what company was contracted to do the installation but they're also to blame. Case study of what can go wrong.
A Great platform to work and deploy your solution on this platform.

Jeanna: My name is Jeanna. I'm a business owner in the insurance industry, and I give Jenesis a four out of five. So I decided to go with Jenesis now over EZLynx because they demanded a bigger startup fee and being a first time business owner, I really needed to limit my expenses before I commit to something that I wasn't sure about. So that's why I went with Jenesis. They were just affordable for me with just about the same features as the competitor. So I went with Jenesis because of a lot of features that they had, especially the ACORD forms. I found it to be very useful and helpful in my service aspect, freeing up a lot of time with service just by having that specific feature available. And it was per customer so it automatically generates the ACORD forms for whatever line of business you wrote, and I found that to be just a hundred percent useful and awesome. So the onboarding process is pretty simple in my opinion. I'm able to just plug in my customers and to differentiate if they were quoted prospects or active customers. So the onboarding was awesome and I'm also able to write text messages, welcome text messages, in English and Spanish, just to let the customers know like, "Hey, this is who you'll be dealing with. This is my website, my email." So that ended up being just awesome for me. And then other than that, I mean, even the email parts, just being able to simply send an email and have it noted in the account was extremely useful. So recommendations that I would give to anybody that's considering Jenesis now would be to definitely do it. One, they do offer great training for you to just set up. It actually gives you a demo for you to just plug in your customers if you have an existing book of business. And on top of that, they were referred to me, which I think referrals are the best key to success and since it was from a referral from another friend of mine, I went with it and I'm referring it to anybody that is in need of a system, a software system, that will work for them.
Beth K.: My name is Beth. I'm a Senior Business Consultant. I'm reviewing Guidewire and I would give it an F minus or a one rating, and for more reviews like this, you can click below. Horseman, who I worked for, implemented Guidewire, and unfortunately it's not done yet. Consequently, you can't access any of your data, you can't log on. It killed all user codes and passwords. All the invoices and sales numbers are wrong. All the payment numbers are wrong. All the access for the client for the files are gone, wrong, and nobody at customer service can help you, and then they see different numbers than we're sending out on the invoice. So I've never really seen anything work worse, or be implemented more disastrously for both the clients and for the users. I don't like anything about Guidewire, and it's very, very, very detrimental if you're in sales and you're trying to use it for your client and for client servicing and particularly for invoicing and payments. Nothing positive to say. I don't know who did the implementation of Guidewire, whether it was the user, the company themselves or Guidewire was involved in it, but having installed systems for 40 years now, if you're counting, I've never seen anything so bad in my life. Be very, very, very careful if you're looking at this software, and find out how to install it and who's going to do the installation and verify that you still have your old system available to you and do not rely on the new system until it is perfect.
