Trakwell vs Domo: Which is a better fit?

Ease of use, accuracy and our ability to link several platforms for the best customer followup.

The accuracy remains inconsistent, occasionally mixing up items and misidentifying shadows as people in camera feeds, which can be confusing for the team.

Domo is an excellent tool for creating high quality dashboards. The documentation is excellent.

The problem is that there's a lot of variance for when the sources finish updating so sometimes it updates without getting all the data in and looks weird.

They have been great, and I had a great experience with their tools. Very intuitive and flexible.

Basic functionality was confusing. As an example, why did you need to go to another screen to sort columns.

The visualizations are amazing. This paired with the ability to see them on your phone in real time make this a really powerful tool to communicate with non data folk.

Domo can be very difficult to learn at first if you are not somewhat familiar with SQL.
