CEIPAL ATS vs Criteria: Which is a better fit?

Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.

Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.

The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.

I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.

The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards.

This platform and its ability to drill down to each applicants personality helps save time and provides more understanding and areas that we as the hiring team should drill down to.

Error messages - should make candidate do the test again.

I love the price, I love the product, I love the information. My executive team also really enjoys this product which is a huge win.

People who are not originally from the USA trying to take a test that uses vague questions can prove to be problematic.

I also love how the sales rep and then account manager always have contact information on the site so you can always reach out easily with questions. They are always helpful when you reach out.

I believe these types of skills tests are difficult to offer anyway because different positions require different skill levels.

The objectives of making better talent decisions in organizational deliverables and their pre-employment assessment in candidates which are very helpful in administration platform.

There's not a lot that I don't like about the software. LIke I mentioned before, the update was very confusing at first but our account manager walked us through.
