Libraesva Email Security vs Delivery Trust: Which is a better fit?

There is not just one aspect that I like about the application, there are several, but certainly the reliability and ease of management are really great.

I have been using it for years, and on the most diverse types of customers. None of the customers who have adopted it have ever suffered an attack by mail.

The ease of installation and initial set-up is truly amazing. Once the first experience has been made, deploying the product and seeing it in operation is really a matter of minutes.

In the past, I had to fiddle around with Content Compliance rules in GSuite. I was constantly playing wack a mole and it was extremely frustrating when email threats would still reach end-users.

It is focused around user understanding and with a very unique approach to sandboxing. The support is super efficient and very helpful.

Only a very minor complaint I have is that the interface looks a little dated.

My priority is to display to me the information I care about, and to make it easy to do that. LibraEsva has done an excellent job at displaying information that is useful and actionable to me.

The appliance has elevated the anxiety I had with regards to Business Email Compromise and email-born threats. The Libraesva ESG has given me more time in my day.

Rep with customer support/new installs was great to work with. Excellent HIPPA secure software for our business.

Bad taste in my mouth because of unavailable support to address and solve problems.

The servicing you receive from Delivery trust is also amazing. They respond quickly and never keep you waiting and they are extremely nice and friendly to work with.

Missing the label and trash icons in gmail drafts, but this is being addressed to my knowledge.

We are just starting to use it, but it looks easy. Customer rep was super kind and willing to help set our team up and this has already been a good experience.

It will take a little longer for your Outlook e-mail to load a new message. I guess this is the price you pay for have e-mail encrypted.

The ease of the software is what I liked the most. It is straight forward, great for company to use, even for those who may not be tech savvy.

Will call you back tomorrow, cant talk with a support person live; when the product isnt working it needs to be fixed so work can be completed.
