Easy to use, great customer service, makes hiring paperwork easy. The CEO (Center of Excellence) is TalentReef's customer service and resource center and they are always willing to help.

The process to release an applicant is extremely difficult. There is not an alert to let the person who posted the job to alert that there are new applicants.

Every once in a while have problems generating employee files. When we change a policy, it is the same premise, but slightly different than what we sent.

TestGorilla was super easy to set up and there are so many really good and comprehensive tests available to choose from for the roles we were looking to fill (mainly marketing related).
Their customer service provides only template responses and no solutions. We keep getting charged for it even though we have stated clearly that we want to cancel our account.
The product is pretty useful for the purpose we use it for - mostly in the recruitment process. Integration to our process was easy enough, which is a great plus.

We had a need for a candidate testing software and I was researching different products and came across TestGorilla. It was a very affordable product and had an expansive range of tests that I could send candidates and it fit my needs. I chose to use TestGorilla because it's extremely affordable, it's easy to use, it's simple to send to applicants, and the applicant results are sent to myself and the hiring manager. They also have a huge variety of tests and that includes a disc assessment, which helps us understand a potential candidate's preferred method of communication style, which is extremely helpful for us to help make our decision. TestGorilla is very easy to get started with. It's simple to use. They have a customer support team that can help you through setting up your first assessment, but it's so simple to use. I've never had to reach out to them for that type of help. I would recommend anyone looking at TestGorilla to look at their test book of available tests that you can send to applicants and see if it matches what you are looking to test applicants for. That was the really big decision making component for us.
