Pros

Paychex flex is easy to use and helps make the payroll process a breeze for our small business. Best platform for payroll.

The only inconvenience I've had is my representative has change multiple times and always seams to be unavailable.

An amazing product, especially for people who aren’t really tech savvy. Very easy to use for someone who is a beginner using tech.

Pros

Where are my clothes at everything was on one page clocking in and out and being able to see your PTO time and being able to see your paystub’s

They like least was that due to being in so many people on this portal, portal will at times slow down so your clock out time would be a minute late or so

Good until an error occurred with payment to a third party, this became lengthy to get a resolution. If this had not occurred and the other company not offered exceptional pricing I would not have switched from Paychex Flex

Pros

Having a dedciated customer service representative. There was always someone available that was directly assigned to our account our new payroll company to talk to a general customer service person each time.

Cons

Untimely correction for errors that were made, and no accountablility for this mistake. Excuses were made that it was not the job of that representative anymore because of a promotion and no one was assigned to the account, so he was doing both jobs. This is not the customers problem it is the companies issue to fix.

Paychex has no integrity. They over charge for everything. When you try to dispute items they have already charged your bank account, and it's too late.

Pros

What did I like most about Paychex Flex. I have no Pro's for this company at all. I would never recommend them to any company.

Cons

They are way Over priced and Over Complicated. And prior tax issues when they file them, they don't get it handled promptly.

The navigating process is simple and easy to utilize. All of our employees can manage and track their time, and access the new PEO benefits beginning on 04/01/26.

Pros

Ease of use and I love that I can keep track of my payment schedule and have access to all of my hours worked and documents. Also, a new feature has been introduced to our practice. The PEO benefit where we as employees can take arrange if empire benefits, 401K, Health insurance and so forth.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. I find PayChex to be very useful within our healthcare practice and it works really well.

Paychex Flex is great overall on a computer or phone, but I still think there is more to discover! Maybe have mini tutorials right on the website?

Pros

I do love the ease of use and the ability to logon quick. The home page is great with the items you need immediately.

Cons

There are tabs that I do not use at all nor does my employer whereas I feel it could be more useful if you knew how to use them. Also, sometimes I do not see the sign out tab forgetting to scroll over-same for lunch

Paychex Flex is very intuitive to use, which makes it very good for both businesses and employees, and it doesn’t require any specific training to get used to.

Cons

Paychex Flex had an issue where on older phone models especially, it will buffer or refuse to login causing issues for users.

We used Paychex Flex for payroll and 401K for our hourly and salaried employees. The system was easy to use and I love the fact that they helped with all of our mandated reporting.

Pros

Paychex Flex was super easy to use and communication with the support team was excellent! It was also a great value for the money for time tracking and payroll for our employees. I love the fact that they helped with all of our mandated reporting.

Cons

I had no issues with Paychex Flex. Everything worked well for us and the team was always available to help meet any of our needs.
