Overall experience with Birst is good as a developer. Great visualization capabilities and faster analytics with huge amount of data.
Their claim that you just point the tool to your data source and it intuitively builds the data model for you is exaggerated.
The frontend is pretty good and you can do a lot of visualizations. You can choose between simple charts from "visualizer" or build pixel perfect reports from "designer.
Another issue is the User Interface. Sometimes, it's too confusing.
And you cannot overstate the importance of their terrific customer support - especially the Birst Community.
The integration with M3 Analytics seems to have hick-ups, after updates we often need to reset something or copy data or re-adjust filters, that is annoying.
This allows me to better understand the figures to be able to make good conclusions, this is thanks to the optimization of time when calling up the data.
There aren't all the features you need. I had many problems finding dimensions mostly.
Dataslayer offers the best cost-benefit ratio in its market, serving as an excellent alternative to Supermetrics. The tool supports a wide variety of data sources and works very well.
For my use, I can't see anything that is missing.
Recommended to work with paid and organic dashboards in Looker. They have a lot of connectors, the price is quite good, and customer support is excellent.
A workaround can be easily found by using multiple Google Sheets, but it is slightly less convenient, unless I am missing something.

You have to really think about what data you want to get to avoid consuming API calls trying to pick the right metrics.
