Hyperproof vs MOVEit: Which is a better fit?

The system is well designed, their people are helpful and responsive, and we were able to vastly improve our external audit capabilities in a surprisingly short timeframe.

There weren't any major items i felt were missing, one or wo small feature requests for our use case/workflow.

Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.

There is no real reporting as of now. I have to build my own outside of the tool.

This software is worth have in an organization. A reliable product in transferring software, to big files over a secure network.

Lack of direction for overcoming the learning curve. Third party Youtube videos were hit and miss).

Tons of functionality, security features are pretty good, logs and reports are nice, and it's usually easy to setup and upgrade.

Clients complain sometimes about how difficult it is to navigate and get their files. We have used this product for 6+ years without a major interface update, and it needs one.

Simple, amazing, fast, reliable, secured and any-size of a file can be transferred.

The ability to email on success/failure events and the flexibility of task configuration is great.

If I were to leave my position, this keeps an audit record that my supervisor and potential future replacement could have access to even if they did not have access to my MOVEit account.
