Flow is great for organizing teams effectively, on a smaller scale. The cost is great for what you get.
Trello had become unwieldy (due dates were getting missed, I was spending more time organising than working, notification overload etc.) and I've used Asana + Jira before and they're awful.
Overall it is a good app if you are someone with great organizational skills and someone who likes to share tasks and involve teammates in particular activities.
I find it absurd that the person cannot request to have their information deleted. This may also be the case with other softwares, in which case, that is also unacceptable to me.
Flow is beautiful to look at, which makes it enjoyable to use, an important factor to consider when trying to get an entire team on board. After looks, speed is next most important thing for us.
The features, especially for tracking time are too limited and the phone app is horrible. This is not robust for handling complex project management with a team and third party contractors.
I like that it has a main page where you can see all upcoming tasks at a snapshot. You really are able to cater the capabilities according to what works best for you work flow which I really like.
I can't think of anything I don't like. It's a little weird that there are two phone apps (one for chat and one for tasks).
Excellent, we have been able to collaborate more closely and effectively on projects remotely which has been very helpful these past few months with most of oyr staff woring from home.
The majority of the problems that are enough to serve our customers is enough, this way of thinking is really wrong.
In general, I find it easy to use and navigate, and I appreciate the fact that it can help to improve collaboration, communication, and organization.
The only real issue I have is with the API. We have tried using it several times before but the data in and our was horrible and inconsistent.
Great, the customer service team is excellent too, extremely responsive and they listen to feature requests all the time. New features come out regularly and the majority are very useful.
There wasn't an option to chat within the team when we had Teamwork, and the lack of "chat" options was one of the reasons we made the switch to another project management software.
So for a single company, looking to only organize and collaborate projects and tasks, to improve speed and efficiency, Teamwork is superb.
The CRM is pretty bad at the moment. Needs quite a bit of work.
Blake: Hi, I'm Blake. I work as a program manager. We have about 56 people that work for our company. And I would rate Teamwork at a three out of five. Prior to Teamwork, we chose to go with Trello. We had it for a while. And it was a great program, but it didn't really have as many features as we needed as we were experiencing growth. We chose Teamwork because of the robust amount of features that it had. It offered a lot of different views for projects, and the task management tools were really good for it. We really also enjoyed the reporting structure that came along with it, as well as the financial side of it when it comes to projects management. We also really enjoyed the fact that de-collaboration was easy for Teamwork. Getting started with Teamwork wasn't very difficult at times, but we did have an issue with massive amounts of people trying to [inaudible 00:00:52] at one time. It was a little confusing. It was a little bit bogged down. The program was very large, so it seemed over stifled. Teamwork was a little bit messy for us. It was a struggle for our onboarding team to work with them as their supports team was a really great. They didn't get back with us in time on a lot of things, so we missed out on a lot of opportunities with them. We also had issues with the bugs with the system. There were a lot of technical issues that came along with Teamwork. The Gantt chart, which is what we primarily use for our project management, was terrible when it came to bugs, and it unfortunately made our projects late and our tasks off queue. And the collaboration was good, but the collaboration was buggy, so it was also a little bit lax and lagging behind, which caused us to eventually decide to go against Teamwork and move towards ClickUp. Which we have actually been using now for over three years, and we really ClickUp. It is definitely a program that's customizable and it's also very neat to interface. I would definitely recommend not using Teamwork if you are planning on growing or if you're in the process of a lot growth. Teamwork is definitely made for enterprise clients.
