Blake: Hi, I'm Blake. I work as a program manager. We have about 56 people that work for our company. And I would rate Teamwork at a three out of five. Prior to Teamwork, we chose to go with Trello. We had it for a while. And it was a great program, but it didn't really have as many features as we needed as we were experiencing growth. We chose Teamwork because of the robust amount of features that it had. It offered a lot of different views for projects, and the task management tools were really good for it. We really also enjoyed the reporting structure that came along with it, as well as the financial side of it when it comes to projects management. We also really enjoyed the fact that de-collaboration was easy for Teamwork. Getting started with Teamwork wasn't very difficult at times, but we did have an issue with massive amounts of people trying to [inaudible 00:00:52] at one time. It was a little confusing. It was a little bit bogged down. The program was very large, so it seemed over stifled. Teamwork was a little bit messy for us. It was a struggle for our onboarding team to work with them as their supports team was a really great. They didn't get back with us in time on a lot of things, so we missed out on a lot of opportunities with them. We also had issues with the bugs with the system. There were a lot of technical issues that came along with Teamwork. The Gantt chart, which is what we primarily use for our project management, was terrible when it came to bugs, and it unfortunately made our projects late and our tasks off queue. And the collaboration was good, but the collaboration was buggy, so it was also a little bit lax and lagging behind, which caused us to eventually decide to go against Teamwork and move towards ClickUp. Which we have actually been using now for over three years, and we really ClickUp. It is definitely a program that's customizable and it's also very neat to interface. I would definitely recommend not using Teamwork if you are planning on growing or if you're in the process of a lot growth. Teamwork is definitely made for enterprise clients.

Justin: Hi. I'm Justin, DevOps engineer, and I give Phabricator a two out of five. For more reviews like this click below. At the time, we looked to GitLab and a couple of similar products and considering Phabricator, as well. We ultimately decided on Phabricator because it had the features we wanted at a price tag that we could afford. We mainly chose Phabricator because of its Mercurial integrations. We use the Mercurial version control system at my company and not a lot of other companies supported it. That plus the price tag, plus some additional capabilities around code review, gave us what we were looking for. Getting started with Phabricator is definitely not an easy process. The only documentation they have is their official documentation, which is a little bit spotty. Phabricator is installed by cloning to Git Repository. There are no system packages or anything like that. It was a little surprising because packages like GitLab, which are considerably bigger, have everything consolidated into a single package. After the repository is installed, you need to manually install, configure a variety of different services. It took quite a while, and it was a very difficult process to finish. If you're thinking about getting Phabricator, be aware of the company that develops it, Phacility, is largely a one-man operation. While Evan Prieslty is definitely a very capable developer and Evan Priestly's been able to make, I would not personally interest my company's productivity to something that's backed by more or less a single person. Consider it, too, that the overall trajectory of Phabricator is geared more toward paying customers. If you're not paying for their support, you are not going to get any feature requests or support of any sort.
