In general, I find it easy to use and navigate, and I appreciate the fact that it can help to improve collaboration, communication, and organization.
The majority of the problems that are enough to serve our customers is enough, this way of thinking is really wrong.
Great, the customer service team is excellent too, extremely responsive and they listen to feature requests all the time. New features come out regularly and the majority are very useful.
The only real issue I have is with the API. We have tried using it several times before but the data in and our was horrible and inconsistent.
Excellent, we have been able to collaborate more closely and effectively on projects remotely which has been very helpful these past few months with most of oyr staff woring from home.
There wasn't an option to chat within the team when we had Teamwork, and the lack of "chat" options was one of the reasons we made the switch to another project management software.
So for a single company, looking to only organize and collaborate projects and tasks, to improve speed and efficiency, Teamwork is superb.
The CRM is pretty bad at the moment. Needs quite a bit of work.
Co continues to provide useful updates to the platform. While the desktop version is more robust, the app is fantastic for quick usage and is extremely efficient.
Inability to clone an invoice that you have already used. Inability to set a rate based on a client in the client set up stage.
The Costumer Support is amazing, with replies coming in a few minutes to a few hours and the CO's are eager to send the developers good suggestions that may arise.
The IDIOT review software won't let me just say "Nothing", so I am adding this to satisfy them.
Its ability to save expenses, receipts, issue invoices, track time, all works fantastically. Plus, its human chat support is so helpful, and they're great about listening to feature requests.
I have always billed by the quarter-hour but now have to manually adjust the time before I invoice (which is a pain).
I like most that it’s free. It’s very clean, mobile friendly, integrated payments and I’ve been using it now for 2+ years.
This was such a hard blow I switched to Harvest the same day I got the email.
Blake: Hi, I'm Blake. I work as a program manager. We have about 56 people that work for our company. And I would rate Teamwork at a three out of five. Prior to Teamwork, we chose to go with Trello. We had it for a while. And it was a great program, but it didn't really have as many features as we needed as we were experiencing growth. We chose Teamwork because of the robust amount of features that it had. It offered a lot of different views for projects, and the task management tools were really good for it. We really also enjoyed the reporting structure that came along with it, as well as the financial side of it when it comes to projects management. We also really enjoyed the fact that de-collaboration was easy for Teamwork. Getting started with Teamwork wasn't very difficult at times, but we did have an issue with massive amounts of people trying to [inaudible 00:00:52] at one time. It was a little confusing. It was a little bit bogged down. The program was very large, so it seemed over stifled. Teamwork was a little bit messy for us. It was a struggle for our onboarding team to work with them as their supports team was a really great. They didn't get back with us in time on a lot of things, so we missed out on a lot of opportunities with them. We also had issues with the bugs with the system. There were a lot of technical issues that came along with Teamwork. The Gantt chart, which is what we primarily use for our project management, was terrible when it came to bugs, and it unfortunately made our projects late and our tasks off queue. And the collaboration was good, but the collaboration was buggy, so it was also a little bit lax and lagging behind, which caused us to eventually decide to go against Teamwork and move towards ClickUp. Which we have actually been using now for over three years, and we really ClickUp. It is definitely a program that's customizable and it's also very neat to interface. I would definitely recommend not using Teamwork if you are planning on growing or if you're in the process of a lot growth. Teamwork is definitely made for enterprise clients.
Moses: Hi, my name is Moses, I'm a digital consultant. My rating for Fiverr Workplace is a four out of five. For more review like this, click below. Before going to Fiverr Workplace, I was using things like Upwork, or just finding people on Facebook Business Pitch. However, with all those options for example, Upwork, it was really costly, and people on there were more costly when we're talking about their service offerings and they were not the most professional, which is why I started looking for another [inaudible 00:00:36] I stumbled upon Fiverr Workplace. I chose Fiverr Workplace because of the many options that they have. So it isn't just a very limited option, but there's a vast options that allows us to connect with many people around to talk about their service and what they offer, just so that they can help us with our services in the company. And it is really cost effective with lots of options. [inaudible 00:01:05] Fiverr Workplace, or getting started was really easy. We just need to sign up with our Google account and we are almost immediately set up and running. Integrates together with PayPal, or we can make any payment mode with credit cards, so that was really easy in terms of just an implementation approach. There isn't really any hard obstacles along the way to check out any vendors or any service provider. All we need to do is to start chatting with them, ask them for the portfolio, just to get things going. So Fiverr Workplace is really easy to use, it's self explanatory, there isn't really much of a learning curve. For anyone who is considering Fiverr Workplace, definitely do give a platform a look before jumping into it, or creating account. There's a VIP option as well, just do read through in terms of what that looks like, and effectively if you're using lots of freelancing services, that is definitely a platform for you to go to.
