Winpharm vs Cliniconex: Which is a better fit?

I like the ability to run reports by insurance codes which is helpful with billing. I like the way it interfaces with workflow.

I have no specific function or feature that I would say I dislike.

Datascan is a great company to use, the tech support is excellent and the pos system is perfect.

Coming from a cloud based system, this is a disaster. The words used to describe the actions don’t correlate for example, void means reverse from insurance.

I love the functionality and ease of use. This program feels like it was built custom for my pharmacy because it has numerous features that do not cost an arm and a leg.

The system will pay for its self just with the preventing of underpaid claims.

It is the best buy for your money, compared to competitors. Love you DataScan team, continue with the awesome job you all do.

From startups to those that have been around for years, no wonder everyone is switching over to Datascan.

As a company we have been very pleased with ability to adapt and individualize the messages for each facility and or situation.

Implementation was a struggle but that was specifically due to our inability to move forward due to Covid and staffing.

Our experience with Cliniconex was GREAT. They were always willing to help, answer questions and ensure we got out start.

I believe it is missing a key feature. As a multidisciplinary clinic we need to modify the appointment reminders be sent based on the appointment type.

The ability to have a confirmation in the chart helps with tracking and reporting that is needed.

We had unacceptable NO-Show rates, costing money for unfilled appointments; Implementation of reminders significantly reduced No-Show rates. We have used this product for almost 4 years.

Very easy to set up and support is very helpful.
