FieldAware has been an extremely stable and reliable platform for us, functioning without fail and providing good standard features. But I am particularly happy with the ability to customize fields.
This has gone from bad to worse. Nobody returning phone calls, emails etc. I have even called the Sales dept and can't get through to them either.

The training time queit very low. It helps to reduce paper, It is a good Scheduling program that help to expedite tech on-site field visits and increase accountability on job sites.
Each time a revision is release they create more problems due to lack of testing before releasing the update.

My Customer Service rep spent hours on the phone with their techs and none of the problems were ever fixed. In fact, every time they would try to "fix" something, it got worse.

Annoying you cant export - Credits into accounting systems xero makes more work for us.
Great tool for recording employee time against each job. Clean interface that has been relatively easy to deploy.
Sometimes glitches and cant bring maps up, or doesn't link well to xero with split amount payments and we need to manually change data in zero to round off.
The Placmakers supplier integration is my favorite feature. Would be nice to have other building materials suppliers set up on integration as well.
