GoCodes vs Maxpanda CMMS: Which is a better fit?

I appreciate the courteous customer service I received while researching and implementing this software. The rep was a huge help with answering my many questions.

Hi the interface on Android is poor, and the gps acquisition is not working as expected.

GoCodes has provided us with a great platform to manage our physical assets. It is very affordable and easy to implement.

Software can be slow at times. I have found nothing else which has been a problem for me.

When I had difficulty understanding some of the set up, I got immediate assistance, even though I am on the smallest program. Support and ease of use are both excellent.

Only issue I've had is stickers sent to us that we already have in our system and assigned to an item already. This is very frustrating when in a hurry.

Further, they offer little more than GoCodes. So great value for money here and a system that is effective making it ideal for us.

This was an issue for times when my business received a high volume of orders in one day because some numbers look alike and can be confusing. GoCodes has simplified everything by using QR technology.

I loved the ease of use of Maxpanda CMMS. It is also really nice to be able to track the progress of a request in near-real time.

Some features missing on phone app, no project management function.

Love how user friendly you are - love seeing the updates - love being able to submit ideas / suggestions and questions and getting a real response (not just an automated one).

Maybe its head office that doesn't notify but we land up with days when the system doesn't work and the whole day is missed as communication is lost.there are too many updates.

I like to the ability to enter work orders from the field, right as i see the issues. I also appreciate that our field staff can view the work order almost as soon as it is approved.

Whenever i refresh my page the text sticks in my search bars. It is an extra step to erase, and sometimes the "panda" gets stuck.

The items that are customizable are great and that submitter gets notified of any changes automatically is great.
